Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

We offer a free exchange service if you want to exchange another color/style/size. This offer is for the United Kingdom and the Contiguous United States only. We’re sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.

Exchanges will be provided with a free return label but customers will be responsible for new shipping costs after the first free exchange.

When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.
